Steering Activities

Steering activity is created by users to carry out different types of activities on one or more applications. Activities are created using content like announcement and NPS for a certain duration defined by the user. If an activity achieves its desired goal than it is said that steering activity is successful and if it does not achieve the required goal than it will considered as a failed activity.

Steering activity has its own analytics for each activity, where user can see the details analytical data for that steering activity.

Types of Steering Activity

There are three types of steering activities.

  1. Application Usage Comparison
  2. BC Survey
  3. Compliance
  4. Monitor Page Visits
  5. Satisfaction Survey
  6. Application Shutdown

We have filters in the steering activity. When a contract is selected, it filters to show which steering activities apply to that contract.

The following activities will run on the specified contracts.
