Basic

The basic settings of a tenant include expert mode, organizational unit recording and enabling client API. Users can enable or disable these features according to their requirements.

AI Settings

Users can enable or disable AI features according to their requirements.

Authentication

The authentication settings contain options for MFA, SSO, auto logout and domain restrictions. Tenant owners can use these options for maintaining authentication of users.

End User Authentication

End user authentication includes all settings for identity connect providers such as Microsoft Entra, Okta and Google. Users can configure any identity as per requirement and usage.

Portal and Avatar Authentication_

These settings include all configurations for SSO logins in the portal and avatar.

Guidance Settings

Users can enable or disable and configure the content import option from the guidance settings.

Discovery Settings

Users can enable or disable and configure the settings of discovery.

Email Notifications

Email Notifications section consists of three fields namely "Release and Update", "Legal" and "Security and Data Protection". These fields can save up to five emails each to store customers emails and the AppNavi team can easily communicate with the customers.
