Discovery - Demo Capabilities

When you import Discovery Demo Data, some of your discovered applications will already have Business Capabilities (BC) applied. This gives you a clear preview of how the feature works in real scenarios.

Visualizing Business Capabilities in Discovery

1. Go to Discovery → Discovered Apps
   • In the application list, user will notice some colored chips
   • These represent Business Capabilities assigned to the applications.
   • Click "Edit" on any application
2. Navigate to the Business Capability section
   • All currently assigned capabilities will be shown.
   • View assigned capabilities
   • Deselect any capability you don't want or select any capability
   • Click "Save" to update the changes.
3. After the nightly job
   • The selected Business Capabilities will remain saved.

Re-import Demo Data

If you delete and re-import the demo data:

• Business Capabilities will be reassigned based on the fresh demo mapping.
• Previous selections will not be retained, giving you a clean demo experience each time.
