Overview

Partner tenants in AppNavi gain access to core platform features along with exclusive partner only capabilities. These extended functionalities are designed to enhance evaluation, demonstration and onboarding experiences by allowing the use of imported demo data across key modules.

Import Functionality for Partner Tenants

Partner tenants benefit from dedicated import functionality, providing extended options to simulate real world scenarios within AppNavi. The import option is available in both the Discovery and Insights modules.

1. Discovery Module Import
   • Allows import of demo application data.
   • Helps demonstrate business capability detection, survey features, and BC suggestions based on the imported data.
2. Insights Module Import

• Enables import of event data such as normal events, custom events, URL patterns, and blacklists.
• Populates dashboards and charts with meaningful sample data to visualize real usage behavior.

Purpose of Demo Data

The imported demo data helps users:

• Understand how AppNavi works with realistic datasets.
• Explore various features and configurations without needing to set up live data.
• Demonstrate AppNavi’s value in presentations, training sessions, or customer onboarding.
