Customer vs. Partner Tenant

Tenants in the platform fall into two distinct categories: Customer and Partner. Customer tenants have access to the full suite of modules and core analytics and tools for their own environment. Partner tenants unlock these core features plus additional partner-only capabilities, such as bulk data import, and analytics for dashboards on Insights and Discovery Module on that imported demo data.

Import Functionality

Only Partner tenants have access to the Import feature within the Insights & Discovery section of the portal. This capability enables bulk data ingestion, and analytics for dashboards on Insights and Discovery Module on demo data. Customer tenants do not see or have access to the Import menu, keeping their interface streamlined around core analytics and reporting.
